What it replaces

Most churches keep the register in five places.

Heads counted, the number typed in on Monday

Tap names on a phone. The count adds itself, even offline.

Tithes in an envelope, a treasurer’s notebook

Recorded once, receipted by SMS, reconciled at month end.

Reports chased by phone before each meeting

Filled from the real numbers and rolled up to the region.

Who may see what depends on who holds the notebook

Roles decide every screen and every figure.

The product

Everything the church keeps.

These are the real screens, with a made-up church. Pick one.

Members

Members list with a person’s file open. Attendance: counts and the roll. Giving and treasury. Certificates with a marriage certificate. A pre-filled periodic report. Messages to members. Roles and access. Backups.
Built for real Sundays

The signal drops. The count doesn’t.

Bergerio keeps working with no connection. What you record is saved on the device and sent when the network returns, safely and only once.

  • Attendance, new members and gifts all work offline
  • Two phones counting the same service never double-count
  • A small “synced” badge always says where you stand

Network

From one assembly to a whole denomination.

Regions, districts and the national office see what they need and nothing more. Reports roll up, circulars are tracked, meetings and elections run in the same place.

Trust

Handled the way a register should be.

Roles, not guesswork

Every screen and figure is shown only to those who may see it. The choir leader sees the choir, not the treasury.

A trail on everything

Who changed what, and when, is written down and cannot be edited afterwards.

Encrypted backups

Scheduled, encrypted with your passphrase and a recovery code, and tested by restoring them.

Yours to take away

Export your people and your books to spreadsheets whenever you like. No lock-in.

Hosted, or on your own server

We can run it for you, or a denomination can run it on its own machines.

English and French

The whole app in both languages, with local currencies and phone numbers.

Questions

Before you ask.

Yes. Taking attendance, adding members and recording gifts all work offline. Everything is saved on the device and sent when the connection comes back, once and in order.

Only people you give a role to. Roles decide every screen and every figure. A denomination sees totals from its churches, never the names behind them. Every change is recorded in an audit trail.

Yes, whenever you want. Export members and books to spreadsheets, or take an encrypted backup of everything.

That is what it is built for. Churches, regions and the national office each have their own view, and reports, circulars, meetings and elections move up and down the tree.

Beta churches use it while we learn alongside them. Pricing will be announced before the beta ends, and nothing changes without notice.
